Meet Dr. Domek
Born and raised in the Chicago-land area Dr. Domek is a proud Northwest Suburban Native. During high school and college she was an avid distance runner which landed her in a podiatrist office many times for varying sports injuries. This experience is what sparked her interest in podiatry. As the owner of Podiatry of Arlington Heights, Dr. Domek looks forward to keeping you on your feet.
Experience
Dr. Domek attended undergrad at the University of Illinois Champagne-Urbana where she double majored in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Psychology. After Dr. Domek then went on to pursue her passion for medicine by attending Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Graduating with her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) in 2012, Dr Domek then furthered her education by completing a 3 year residency at Loyola University Medical Center and Hines VA focusing on foot and ankle surgery.
After residency Dr Domek worked for the former owner of the Podiatry of Arlington Heights location (Podiatry Plus) for 3 years before she was offered the opportunity to purchase the practice location.

Out of the office Dr Domek is a wife and mother of three children. In her free time she enjoys traveling, interior design and fitness.

Meet Dr. Winerman
Dr. Samantha Winerman has been practicing in the Chicagoland area since 2012 and joined our group in 2020. She is dual certified in the Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) and Podiatric Surgery (ABFAS) boards. Although Dr Winerman does not limit what she treats within podiatry she does specialize in wound care, surgery and sports medicine.

Experience
Dr. Winerman attended undergrad at Emory University in Atlanta Georgia where she double majored in Chemistry and Economics. After Dr. Winerman then went on to pursue her passion for medicine by attending Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Graduating with her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) in 2012, Dr. Winerman furthered her education by completing a 3 year residency at Loyola University Medical Center focusing on foot and ankle surgery.
After her residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Dr. Winerman went into private practice in Evanston and Downtown Chicago before joining out group in January of 2020.
When not at work Dr. Winerman loves to spend time with her family. They love to explore new areas and you can often find them walking around town with their dog! She enjoys traveling, cooking, and design.

Meet Dr. Truncale
Dr. Truncale has been practicing Podiatry in the Chicagoland area since 2013 and joined our group in 2020. She is board certified in Podiatric Medicine (ABPM). Dr Truncale is native to the area as she grew up in Illinois and attended college, podiatry school and residency in the state as well.
After completing her 3 year surgical residency in 2015, Dr Truncale worked in Chicago and the Northwest suburbs until she joined our group in 2020.
Pediatrics, High risk foot care, geriatric care, orthotic management.
Outside of work Dr Truncale likes to spend time with her husband and two children.

Dr. Kelsey Krotiak is a board-certified podiatrist who joined our team in June of 2025. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Dr. Krotiak earned her undergraduate degree from SUNY Binghamton before attending Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago. She completed a three-year residency in foot and ankle surgery at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL, where she gained extensive experience in both conservative and surgical treatment of foot and ankle conditions.
Dr. Kelsey Krotiak is a board-certified podiatrist who joined our team in June of 2025. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Dr. Krotiak earned her undergraduate degree from SUNY Binghamton before attending Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago. Dr. Krotiak is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and believes in working closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that promote healing and long-term health.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Krotiak enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active with her family. She and her husband are proud parents to two lively daughters who love keeping them on their toes!
